Please bear in mind that the total cost of postage and packing is the stamp price and packaging (i.e. bubble wrap, sellotape, ink, labels etc).If your item does not arrive please contact me and I will do my best to help, including instigating a claim with Royal Mail as I have the proof of posting and I believe as the seller it is my job to ensure you get your item. Please be aware though that Royal Mail do not class an item as lost until 15 working days after postage, and I will not issue any refunds until Royal Mail have investigated the claim.

Payment

Please pay within 7 days of purchase, otherwise Ebay will be contacted and a none-paying bidder dispute opened, unless I have received prior contact from you.

Payment can be made using Paypal, direct bank transfer, cheque or UNCROSSED postal order only. Please contact me if you wish to do a bank transfer. Please bear in mind that E-cheques can take 15 WORKING days to clear. Items will not be sent until payment has cleared, so if you pay via E-cheque I ask that you allow this amount of time for it to clear.

Refunds

Returns are accepted on none customised orders. You will be responsible for return postage costs and I will only refund the price of the item. The only exception to this is if the item/s is/are significantly not as described, in which case I will pay all associated costs. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, and in the original condition.
