Vintage 1960s Shell Cameo & Marcasite Ring .. Hand Carved Jewellery Vintage real cameo ring, dating circa 1960s and detailed with a hand carved shell cameo of a classical lady set into silver tone metal, with a frame of little marcasite gemstones.
In good used condition - some little stress marks to the cameo, no cracks nor chips to the cameo. Silver tone metal has a slight patina to it.
Ring Size : O (USA size: 7)
Size of cameo itself is approx 1.3 x 1cm
