We aim to deliver all purchases within 3-5 working days of dispatch but if you wish to receive a purchase quicker then please contact us and we can provide faster delivery at extra cost. Please check all items upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or is faulty please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by email or phone. If the item is damaged or faulty then we will refund or replace the item. Should you be unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind and wish to return the item then please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please note that refunds will not be given until the item has been received back to us and earrings are excluded from this policy unless they are faulty. We will not refund the cost of return postage and will only refund items that are received within 14 days of receipt in their unused condition and original packaging. We cannot be held responsible for goods that do not reach us so recommend using registered post for returning items to us.
