Due to the nature and setup of our operation we are not combining postage as a discount.  Each item still has to be individually hand-picked from an extensive range, quality checked and prepared for safe transit.  We use the surplus postage revenue to apply a  discount across our whole range, so the more you shop with us the more money you save.

We will only currently automatically combine postage if you purchase multiple quantities of the same item.  

If we fail to satisfy you please contact us before leaving feedback and measure us after we have had a fair chance to satisfy you.  We model our business on customer satisfaction which is clearly reflected in our awesome feedback.  However, please consider we have no option but to work with and rely on partner services like royal mail, who can occasionally make human errors which we will resolve in all instances.
